No, we removed that because it was superfluous in the new emitter model. Spot emitters in 3.1 ignore the geometry they are assigned to and behave as if they are assigned to a sphere, because that's the only way to get correct lighting from them. We could have kept the feature for point lights, but it's much easier to just use a MXS reference if you need this.
