Importing MXS file into maya 2014 The mxs is not where the pivot is BUT it renders where the pivot is.. in this case it is offset by 25 units WHY?
I noticed an OFFSET value in the attribute editor for the MXS reference but changing that does nothing.
Maxwell Plugin 3.0.8
Maxwell 3.0.0.3 Image

Can you send me your scene and mxs reference so I can have a look and see why the render is off ? (my email is radu@griffinlair.com)
As for the offset parameter, it is used to offset the current frame when you have an mxs sequence

ok I will email you in a bit maybe email in a day. on another last minute project right now with Sunday deadline.. but basically I opened the cornell box scene in MaxwellStudio added a Volumetric cube and saved that as mxm imported that mxm into maya.
