some help with strange mapping:

have this strange triangles-normals mapping problem. imported that from sketchup.

that roof should look smooth but those triangles are ruining it.
tried the usual "unlock normals, set to face..." but didn't work.
anybody knows if it can be solved? is it maxwell-materials related to just maya related? any help will be great!
