Rotating HDRI doesn't update reflections in viewport

Maxwell Viewport Preview does honor texture Offset U changes but reflections when using Maxwell High Quality preview don't change. It would be really great if the reflections were updated as well.

Yes, this is a known issue. Tiling, offsets and ground rotation don't affect the realtime reflections. We'll try to address the offset and ground rotation problems as soon as possible, but support for tiling will come later, as it's harder to do.
