Maxwell Render | Official public forum

I looked but cannot find where the temp mxs files are stored when i de renders out of maya plugin winxp64..

the mxi and image files are stored in my base maya project folder.. but the mxs is not and the mxs is not in my localsettigns temp folder? is it deleted after render? if not can i specify where i want it writen to?

no biggie but i dont wanna find out one day i ait got hd space cuz i hav a billion temp mxs somewhere..
(cuz right now every render i do in maya i rename based on settigns and time and such.. so i have a unique mxs/image file for Every render i do.. whichis what I want o i can go back to any mxi and resume or copare images/changes)

The scene is exported to MXS file which is located in your temporary directory (c:\documents and settings\username\Local Settings\Temp on XP, c:\users\username\Local Settings\Temp on Vista). The MXS is deleted automatically after the render finishes.
