I there,
I'm having some trouble with a material that has a hdr image emiter component. On render I get this message "ERROR: Spectral file not found ( z ) in Material "Emergency_Lamp_Emiter" and the render fails.
This is the material:
The image was converted to 32bit and saved as hdr in Photoshop. I was using the material as a Ref material in Max. Sometimes when reload the material, and pick the texture again the render starts, but the last time I tried to render it just wouldnd start so I tried to import the material into Max instead of using as a ref and it worked fine, and so far it seems to be working with the imported material.
My question is if this is some bug with referenced materials with hdr images or some limitation.

Thanks for your help.
