I think there may be a bug with the transfer of data from the MXM Editor to Max. I'm using 3.0.0.23 (but doesn't look like a fix is listed in changelog for 3.0.0.24)
1. In Max, create material consisting of just one emitter.
2. Put an ies file in the emitter type.
3. Use the MXED... button to open it in the standalone MXM Editor.
4. Just close mxed without making any changes (or do make changes, doesn't seem to make a difference)
5. Close it and get returned to Max - for me the emitter type is reset to "intensity" and the ies filename is cleared out.
Anyone else finding this?
