1.) objects with no name in scene cause .mxs file read error - no render

2.) if there's a vray physical camera in the scene, it will crash max when trying to render scene

(to replicate - create new scene and enable maxwell as renderer, place vray (v 2.xx) physical camera in scene and try to render - active view does not have to be the vray physical cam - just as long as there is one in the scene it will crash max when trying to render)

can anyone verify?

The vray crash should also be fixed in the next version of the plugin
