is there a reason why the hue adjustment is not supported in max?
Even when i use the MXED the change is not saved.

When you say hue adjustment, you mean dragging the hue slider from the HSV controls? If yes, I couldn't reproduce this on my end, can you tell me what version of max, plugin and maxwell you have ?
If not can you give me a more detailed description of what you're trying to do when you get this issue ?

It happens here too. In the texture picker in V3 you can change brightness, contrast, saturation and hue. In 3dsmax there's no control for hue and ignores what is changed in mxed. As a workaround we have to use referenced mxms for it to be taken into account.

Not much to describe here i think. The (or at least my) 3dsmax plugin has no hue adjustment.

I was confusing the hue controls, the texture picker hue control will be available in the next version of the plugin.

With Version 3.0.20 of the plugin the map shows almost black on screen (renders fine) with Nitrous D3D 11.

I confirm that textures are darkened in the Nitrous viewport with 3.0.20.

Edit: Textures are darkened IF you choose to "Show In Viewport" a specific texture. If you choose Max's "Show Shaded Material In Viewport" button, the material looks ok.
