Mxs references position.

Hi,

I'm having some problems with mxs references. I don't know exactly what triggers the bug, as I cannot reproduce it with boxes, but this is what happens: I've got a small bush which is a group made of three objects; I export to a mxs reference and then import the reference to the scene; the point cloud object shows misplaced (centered at 0,0,0) but renders where it should be. That always happens with this file, but experienced the same with other files too.

I don't know if it's the same problem, but I used to have the same type of thing happen. Since then, I make sure to isolate the objects I want to export as references, then move them to origin. As an extra safety precaution, I like to add a Reset Xform to make sure there is no scale or rotation baked in to the mesh.

Reset Xform worked. Thanks Brian. :D

It's probably related to pivots. Could you please send us a scene which causes it, next time it happens?

File sent... to Bogdan; I don't have your mail address here. I hope it's ok.
