I think this is not ok.

When using Fire from 3dsmax it restarts the calculation too frequently. I mean some absurd actions trigger Fire to do it; for example: right click to turn off an active button; it happens too if you stop the pointer cross over an object, let the label with it's name appear, and move the cross again; left click on screen,...

Is there a way to fix this?

3dsmax 2010 64bits SP1 on windows XP64

No, not really. The Max notification system is a mess and it sometimes tells us that the scene has changed when you do things like those you describe. We can't distinguish these bogus notifications from real notifications in an efficient manner, so I'm afraid there's nothing we can do to fix this.
