What is the Maxwell Render SDK?

The Maxwell Render SDK is a C++ library that encloses all the functions required to create an MXS (Maxwell Scene) file. The MXS file contains all the information needed to render a scene with Maxwell Render standalone. The Maxwell Render SDK does not replace the Maxwell Render standalone application, neither it includes any rendering algorithm inside. The Maxwell Render SDK is part of the Maxwell Render distribution.

How can I use the Maxwell Render SDK?

The Maxwell Render SDK can be used by customers and third parties to create their own connection to the Maxwell Render standalone application. Typical use of this SDK includes the development of plugins for 3D and CAD applications.
