If I interprete the revealing silence around the Mac SDK and the Mac library correctly, then currently there is - quite contrary to the so called "SDK facts" - no Macintosh SDK available to the public - or to be ore exact: To Maxwells buying users..

Which leaves the question: When will it be available. I completely understand that this is work in progress and that there are probably a couple of loose ends.

However, to get startetd with an SDK you need time anyway, so it's better to have a library so you can at least check the development and environment and workflow.
