Maya plugins updated: 7.0 support, Windows, Linux and OSX

All Mayall plugins have been updated. New support for 7.0 and all O.S.

Linux users: install using

rpm -ivh --nodeps mayall-0.9.1-1.i386.rpm

Mac users: uncompress in

/Users/shared/Alias/maya
