SketchUP plugin update

· Set Material dialogs are shown only once per element selection - the same values are applied to all selected elements
· Date/Time/TimeZone for sun/shadow calculation is computed properly
· Defaults for absorption/scattering set to 0 - prevents sub-surface scattering
· Rendering time is set in minutes (fractions are possible)
· Geometry on hidden layers is not exported
· Focus distance is set to distance of the eye to origin of the coordinate system (ability to modify focus distance will be added later)
