Hello!

We have just released a new version of the plugin for Rhino 6 for both Windows and Mac: Maxwell | Rhinoceros (V6) 5.1.6.1

This is a quick release with a couple of important fixes (the issue with the Named Views and a crash related to camera auto-focus) and one new addition: an option to convert the referenced materials into Custom ones.

ADDED:

• Maxwell Material in "Referenced" mode: added an "Embed" button to convert the mxm file into a Maxwell Custom material.

IMPROVED:

• Maxwell Material in "Referenced" mode: the Edit button is disabled if the path doesn't contain a valid file.

FIXED:

• After creating named views, the Maxwell exporter sometimes set the wrong view as the active one for Fire and Render.
• Maxwell export crashed with camera auto-focus ON.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• On Mac, due to a bug in Rhino code, sending an undo command right after converting a Maxwell Referenced material into a Custom one, may crash Rhino.
