after some testing with modo and M~R v2, I decided to start with this work inspired by a project of Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen, 1940 "Organic Design in Home Furnishing".

very nice project, but you could improve the background (maybe creating a higher resolution version of it in photoshop)

kami: I know this problem, the background is a spherical HDR, I tried to resolve it with the trick of rough glass ....(have you a link to suggest where to find high resolution hdr?)

The chair of the third image is called Conversation.

thanks for the info.
eames is one of my favourite designers.

I meant you could open your HDR in photoshop und upsample it to around double its size (width x height) and then blur it a bit. that should help against the strong pixelisation.
