Thanks guys. That dof was a little strong in the dice pic...i think i had it scaled wrong to begin with. Im using lightwave.

Really nice renders! I've been toying with getting either Maxwell or Fprime. What would be your choice between the two at this time?

barnabythebear: I think you should get fprime first. Maxwell is very nice, but right now the render times are long, and theres still stuff that needs to be worked out. But if you are looking for photo real with minimal setup then you cant beat maxwell.

yeah, the knife looks great. just out of curiosity, did you use a poligonal or a cicular diaphragm?

Thanks. I use a polygonal, is that why im getting that weird motion blur stuff. Should i be using circular?
